Développer un lien pérenne avec les habitant·es dans un territoire urbain en reconstruction au travers d'un objet qui la traverse est ici le cœur du projet. Transformer la voiture, défiler avec, voiture bélier ou carnaval, rien n'est exclu.

By choosing a car as an object of work, a symbol of emancipation, a social attribute and a coveted showcase, the PIMP MY CAR project becomes a proposal for building and revisiting, through individual & collective manual work, new imaginaries around over-identified rolling objects. Developing a lasting link with local residents in an urban area undergoing reconstruction, through an object that crosses it, is at the heart of the project. Transforming the car, marching in it, using it as a battering ram or as part of a carnival, nothing is excluded.
